Mt. Cook

Here’s a rescued video of our visit to Aoraki Mt. Cook. We stayed in Mt. Cook village in Mt. Cook National Park in April during our NZ tour.

Mt. Cook is currently – measured 2014 – 3724m (12,218ft) which is about 40m less than the previous measures in 1991 – 3764m (12,349ft). This is said to be due to a rockslide and subsequent erosion. Our full post is here.
