This is the penultimate video from our tour around Morocco in January 2020. There were a couple of stops on the road from Imlil in the High Atlas to Essaouira on the Atlantic coast. We explored Essaouira in a rainy day. You can find more in our post.
Foothills of Mt. Toubkal
As part of our January 2020 trip to Morocco we traveled to the old fortified village of Aït Benhaddou and onward to the villages of Imlil and Armed (Aroumd) in the High Atlas mountains where the overnight stay was in a gîte overlooked by 4,167 metre Mt. Toubkal, the highest mountain in Morocco, North Africa and the Arab world.

Tea from field to cup
As part of a day trip from Chiang Rai, we visited a tea plantation and factory. The drive into the northern hills through beautiful scenery was enjoyable, and it was interesting to see how fresh tea leaves are made into bulk black tea.
